This program generates and transmits a Wake-On-LAN (WOL)
"Magic Packet", used for restarting machines that have
been soft-powered-down (ACPI D3-warm state).
hpwake.c has been compiled using gcc version 3.4.4 20050511
(RISC OS 3.4.4 release 3) and UnixLib 4.1.
